Shooter

Shooter has come to us from my dear friend and mentor, Nancy Gagnon, of Buff Cap Aussies in Connecticut. Shooter is a Kindle daughter (ASCA CH Buff Cap Just Like Fire), sired by Jagger, BISS Premier ASCA CH/AKC GCH TreeStarr Oracle’s Mick Jagger, the #1 ASCA Intact Merit Dog and National Specialty Winner in 2018. We are thrilled to have the adorable Shooter join our family.

Shooter made her debut in the ASCA ring during Pre-shows in Texas at the 2022 National, garnering two Firsts and a Second, winning hearts everywhere she went. With zero reservation or shyness, she climbed into every lap like she owned it. She made her CKC debut a week later in the Baby Puppy class, with multiple Best Baby Puppy in Breed and Best Baby Puppy in Group wins. We are so excited for this little "fireball's" future!

SHOOTER UPDATE!

Shooter had a very successful trip to the 2024 ASCA National and Preshows in Grand Island, Nebraska, expertly handled by a very talented young junior handler, Leni Bogle. These two girls were fast friends and were standouts in the ring. Shown in Open Black and American Bred, Shooter won FIRST place in American Bred under Senior Breeder Judge Lynn Hamon and FIRST in American Bred under Senior Breeder Judge Annette Busheff Cyboron, and finished up our National week with a SECOND place in Open Black, in a class of 19 beautiful females. We could not be more proud of Team Shooter!

Back home and just a few weeks later, Shooter returned to the CKC all-breed ring and her first weekend out went Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, and another Best of Winners to put her halfway to her Canadian Championship. A couple of weeks later another Winners Bitch to inch closer to her Championship. 

We have some exciting plans for Shooter in 2025!
